The Ballston Quarter Pedestrian Bridge was awarded Merit honors in the "Less than $15 Million" category of the 2021 AISC IDEAS2 (Innovative Design in Engineering and Architecture with Structural Steel) Awards. 2021 NOMMA Top Job Winners in Two Categories
Crystal Metalworks, our miscellaneous metals division, won top honors for both of their nominations in the National Ornamental & Miscellaneous Metals Association (NOMMA) Top Job 2021 Contest. Our winning projects were the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Academic Research Building (Stairs Complete - Commercial) and the Eisenhower Memorial (Art/Sculpture).
The National Ornamental & Miscellaneous Metals Association (NOMMA) Top Job Contest is a peer-judged competition created to honor outstanding work. NOMMA members from around the world compete for awards in 17 categories. This year’s entries were judged virtually rather than during the NOMMA’s annual METALfab convention and the Awards Announcement was held virtually on April 22, 2021.
